availability and quality of produce. Experience has taught us, however, that
we cannot always rely upon such produce being delivered in an acceptable
condition and we, therefore, reserve the right to change the menu and or the
ingredients without notice. Furthermore, not all the ingredients used in
creating a dish are necessarily identified in the above descriptions. Any
guests suffering from any food allergies which may give rise to a serious
reaction should bear this in mind and if in doubt over anything offered
should ask before consuming.
Whilst our suppliers have confirmed to us that nothing we use from them
contains genetically modified soya or maize, we are unable to accept any
responsibility should this prove not to be the case.
