Mushrooms cooked in dijon mustard, tomato, horseradish, & cream served on a slice of one of our toasted speciality breads

Grapefruit Martini (v)
fresh grapefruit and orange segments served warm with sultanas, muscovado sugar, cinnamon and dry martini

Salmon pate (v)
served with a balsamic and lemon dressed salad and our toasted speciality

Soup Course

Cream of chestnut and celeriac Soup (v)

Main Course

Supreme of Chicken filled with apricots, rice and nuts
served with a lime, honey and ginger sauce

Preseli beef and Murphy's pie
local Preseli beef, prunes, carrots, onion & garlic cooked in Murphy's ale topped with puff pastry

Rack of Pembrokeshire Lamb (supplement)
topped with an herb crust, gently cooked in the oven on the rack and served as a rack with a rosemary and sloe gin sauce

Whole pan fried Trout
Stuffed with spring onions and almonds, cooked in lemon and served with a wholegrain mustard, spring onion and parsley butter

Roasted vegetable and cenarth tart (v)
On a wholemeal pastry base, served with a tomato and basil sauce

Tuna steak pan-fried in sesame oil (supplement)
served with an orange and white

All served with vegetables of the day

Desserts

Chocolate bakewell tart
served warm with a black cherry sauce

Tregynon's Speciality Sticky Toffee Pudding
a light date sponge topped with a hot toffee sauce

Poached peaches
poached in a sweet dessert wine and served with an amaretto liqueur cream

Pina colada Cheesecake
Served with a warm pineapple sauce

Tregynon's Home-made Ice-creams
A selection from Gooseberry & ginger: Bicentenary Bombe (mixed berries, meringue & cognac) and a Cranberry & Orange Sorbet

Local Welsh Cheeseboard

Followed by

Ground Columbian Coffee, Ceylon Tea or Tissanes.
Served with petits fours (v)
