We offer a fully inclusive set price four course meal with a good selection of choices including, amongst others, local lamb, fish and vegetarian. The set price also includes pre-dinner nibbles and 'ad lib' coffee and tea following the meal. Many options often take several hours to prepare and we therefore like to cook to order and, unless agreed with us at the time of booking, ask members to contact us a week before the occasion so that we can consult with them about their choices at each course. Pre-dinner drinks are taken in our lounge on the night at the time agreed (usually between 7.30 p.m. and 8.00p.m.).

We also offer members an additional personal service for the ordering of wine for which we make no extra charge. Under this arrangement we consult with our Member as to his/her preferred choice of wine for the occasion, i.e., country of origin, region, type of grape, full bodied or light, sweet or dry, price range, etc., with a view to sourcing this from our specialist suppliers. To avoid disappointment on the night we usually need between 10 - 14 days notice of preferences. Alternatively, those that wish to bring their own special wines may do so at a corkage charge of £6.50 per bottle. We are, of course, fully licensed and for those who wish to add the finishing touch afterwards, we also offer a range of liqueurs, cognac and port to accompany coffee and petits fours while relaxing in comfort in our lounge by our open inglenook with log fires in the winter.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to charge for all costs and losses incurred arising from any cancellation.

Membership of the DinersCircle is non-transferable and subject to the terms, conditions and rates detailed above. Members are asked to have their Membership Card with them whilst on the premises since they may be asked for proof of membership. Whilst for our part we will do our utmost to honour any commitments entered into by us, we reserve the right to amend these conditions and rates at any time or to suspend the operation of the Diners Circle or any member of it without notice or reason.
