Sample Dinner Menu
To start with ~
- Cook's choice of soup with hot garlic soda bread.
- A pancake filled with spicy creamy mushrooms, topped with cheese and served hot from the grill.
- Avocado filled with stilton and cream cheese, port and sweet mango and served hot.
- Mediterranean pasta tossed with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, anchovies, capers and feta cheese.
- Crab, mussel, and laverbread au gratin served in a ramekin and topped with smoked bacon.
For Main Course ~
- Breast of Guinea Fowl cooked in Italian herbs and then served with an elderflower and orange sauce.
- Duck breast cooked in a ginger, paprika and soya sauce, grilled and served with a spicy plum sauce.

- Halibut and salmon strips, layered and marinated in garlic and olive oil and served with a creamy fish stock sauce with prawns and capers.
- Prime Welsh fillet steak served with either garlic butter or with a whisky, onion and parsley sauce.

For Pudding ~
- Raspberry and almond tart served with a splash of amaretto and served with fresh cream.
- Dark, rich chocolate and rum torte served with cream and a little mandarin orange.
- Hazelnut meringue wedged with cream and served with an orange and apricot nectar sauce.
- For ice cream lovers - a medley of real ice creams served with a splash of liqueur.
- Crème Brulée served with fresh fruit.
- A selection of Welsh cheeses (with a guest Irish cheese) served with biscuits and fresh fruit.
- Rich roasted coffee or one of our selection of teas.
